Great information Jeff. I have the L2E program and have repeatedly watched over the past two years. I also use the tall shoulder position with my hitters. It makes it easier to clear the bat over the front should which also helps the batter from pulling his head. I am all around fascinated with the knowledge that you, Paul Reddick, and Eric Cressey are pumping out. Thanks.
What does putting a bat hehind my head have anything to do with throwing a baseball. How can your humerus bone "bang against the roof of your acromion" seeing as there is no way possible to raise your arm above horizontal.Watch a pitcher through delivery up to release...their arm is never above anymore than horizontal. the only way you can throw with a more vertical arm slot is to lean more to your glove side, but still your arm is in same position...your just tilting your body more
what can i do about my shoulder popping noise.... every time i pick up my arm my shoulder gives me a popping noise.... i stop pitching cause of that popping noise...didnt want it get worse... can u help me out with hat
