2 things, the bit at 2:49 isn't played that high. Watch Alexi on a live performance and you'll see he does it down near the 3rd fret. Also listen to the CD and find out where the palm mutes are in that riff. You did the first solo at the correct place (like 14th fret) which is awesome cause not a lot of people do that. Just at 2:20 what you wanna do is bend that note real high then tap the 24th fret. You nailed the opening riff aswell which I highly admire. This is one of the best on youtube

Awesome cover and great song! I notice that you have the ESP ltd Alexi-600 2008 with the modifications and the Kirk Hammett ouija I think. I was wondering which one in your opinion is an overall better guitar? Because I own a ESP ltd m-1000 and I am thinking about gettint the Alexi-600 or ltd v-500.
