In the video itself dororo looked pleased, but that face only appeared for a split second. also, in that one episode where she decides to stay on earth, she gave everyone shot's and they all were like: "Ohhh YES". Then again, they're all the same race so maybe they enjoyed getting it from her spacifically(can't spell that)

They do that because they want to leave what he looks like to us(the audience) You know what they should do? turn Natsumi into a keronian! that way giroro look like his awesome self.
