Good job on showing the basics. So many instructors have the most difficult time teaching proper exercises in a short amount of time. The only two comments I can make to possibly add to your natural teaching talent is to incorporate some breathing techniques into this instruction and the second comment is thanks for taking the time to post.
as long as you want, dependent on your goals. Usually, I'll alternate between different plank styles every 15-30 seconds, continuously, no rest. I've never felt the need to hold a plank for longer than 3 minutes.
