I'm really bad at tabbing things out, the chords, however are almost always Amin7 and Gmaj7... it goes to Cmaj7 sometimes and then when it transitions in and out of the chorus there's a B7 and I throw in an F#min7b5 I don't know if that helps, but i hope it does, good luck!
