  • @SarahLeeDatsME My guess is that you are confident in your abs and aren't using them as much to support yourself while doing exercises. Remember to engage your abs in all movements, and you'll be fine.

  • I completely second a "Beginner's Abs Workout" or at least a video that shows how some of us (because I'm soooo weak) can buildup our core! As much as I want to dive into your intense Ab workouts, I also can't do them (but trying!) because I am just that weak.

  • I adore your videos! I run alot an I never had much upper muscle but this was tough! I have been doing your vidoes for a few weeks now and the differnece is AMAZING!   • i love this workout! freaking hurts haha, feels like i lose weight after doing it once. im recommending your videos to my friends. it hurts so bad but at least i know it works and its only three minutes, althiugh it feeles longer sonce you just wantit to end once its started. haha

  • @arabgrlz You lose weight by burning more calories than you eat. So do lots of cardio exercise like running, or intervals. Make yourself really sweat for 40 to 60 minutes everyday and you'll start to see results :D

  • Thank you, awesome video! I could only do it once at first and now I do 3 rounds. It's time to request a new, even tougher ab challenge :).

    How about a 10 minute non-stop abs challenge, not allowing your abs to relax for a moment during the whole workout? I.e. always keeping your shoulders off the floor during crunches, situps, V-ups, etc., and not letting the legs touch the floor during leg raises, flutter kicks, scissors - without a break.

    Let's see who can survive the whole 10 minutes :-).

    What's best about you is that you keep on encouraging us so it's not that hard.

    I'm going to be using these workouts during the summer so hopefully I'll get some results by the time my volleyball season starts in the fall.

  • I love your videos... best pilates exercise out of all of them shown. I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the video pausing about every 15 sec. It's so frustrating. I've tried 2 diff. computers and it does the same thing on just the "ogorgeous" videos.

  • @Frenza23: i had the same problem when i did pilates for the first time cuz i too have long legs cuz i'm tall as well.. but ur taller cuz i'm 5'10". haha. anyway, the more practice, the better. cuz that's what i did. ;)

  • I managed to do this 4 times yesterday. Sadly, I had to work a night shift that night... as a nurse I have to do a lot of pulling and lifting, so I was pretty well useless the whole night ;) hahaha

  • Haha, no it's not bad! It means you worked really hard. Let your muscles rest and do the routine again when you're 1/2 way healed from the soreness. GREAT WORK girl!

  • Hey Cassie!! love your videos and i love how u challenge me with each video! Im not the best when it comes to keeping my legs up n straight idk if its cuz im too tall but i always try 2 keep them up and have 2 hold them up is there some kinda prep exercise vid that could help get my core in shape 2 handle some of the other exercises in your other vids... im like 6ft tall n im trying 2 get my abs/core n slim up upper legs n ur videos r amazing any suggestions or any new vids! appreciate it...

  • Hi Frinza23! You're right, I did not post any prep/beginner vids. I should def do that. As for keeping your legs straight, it is a combo of flexibility and core strength. It is ok to start with legs bent a little. That way you can perform the exercises effectively. Legs straight will come after time.

  • you and I have the most beautiful love/hate relationship. I hate the pain you put me through and how perky and happy you sound about it, but watching these feels like I am actually in a gym with a one-on-one trainer. yesterday was my first day of doing any of your exercises and i can already see a difference in my obliques. so thank you, you're very inspiring!

    ps. could only do this once, but i can barely move my arms above my head i'm so sore lol
