Cop watch does not interfere with arrests. They video tape arrests to watch dog the police.
That was how when for instance, the NY police were making false arrests (in one case tackling a bystander so he could be arrested) they had video showing what really went on.
As for what was going on in Savage's mind, I very much disagree. But only Savage really knows that.

Savage is so uncouth it's historical. I just watched a vid in which a Lady caller disagreed and said you should allow middle schoolers to receive birth control. I don't totally agree with her, but I love how Savage shows his true character and decides to call her a slut repeatedly. And listen to his line of reasoning as he continues this conversation. This man is a complete clown and it's no wonder why not even Fox News defended him on their News Watch program.

I also just listened to a clip of saying that the threat of radical islam served as a means to an end for God. He said 9/11 was God Speaking. Can we get the padded cell ready for this man? (/11 was not the result of God at work. It was the result of many things, but largely 19 men and their network based in Central Asia, not Iraq. The one ranks up there with half assed conspiracy talk about the attempted assassination of Justice Roberts. Get the cell ready and mittens pinned to his shoulders.
