@moksheebs This doctor is on call and is seeing a lineup of patients. In this case, he has to tend to this lady's slightly skinned arm before seeing the very sick baby. The message of this PSA is if you have a little boo-boo you can take care of yourself, don't waste the doctor's time because it keeps him/her away from those with real injuries.
I'd never advocate violence against women, but when the doctor takes his glasses off, you can tell he's thinking about giving her an almighty dig to the face.
