  • i never understood why you'd work on your posterior shoulder area to fix your anterior shoulder problems. I tried that ball method, only to give up because it seems so pointless. I find pushing your elbows back while your arms are at 90 degrees and going up and down (see Mike Boyle) is the best way to work on your anterior shoulder problems.
