I find that jogging with your feet going back is a bit more difficult (for myself anyway) that jogging by bringing knees up. I can do both, but the latter is less cumbersome. I have no idea why lol I'm usually pretty cordinated.

i have heard about rebounding being an extrempy good treatment for emphysema= teh so called incurable lung disease. I am going to give it a try

That kind doesn't have springs, it's elastics. (like mine) and it squeaks like hell too...
They have a bit less bounce but are generally considered *safer*

Wow mine does not make that kind of noise, I have the urban rebounder. If it gets loud just oil the springs.

Maybe it's also the acoustics of the room. I have an identical trampoline, and it doesn't seem to make that much sound.
