I talked to a postie the other day and she was saying that the Corporation wanted them to deliver all the CPP cheques and whatnot but they want each carrier to do three routes instead of one to get it done. She said, "I'll have to work for 4 hours to do that!"

So true Don. Postal strikes used to grip the Nation, but no longer. They just piss off more people.

The pay you mentioned sounds good to me. Wonder what they want. Here in the States (at least around here) they do a great job in general. Recently in the name of efficiency they spent a great deal of money expanding or in many cases building brand new post offices often too far away from central business districts where people could stop by while doing other errands so it was efficient for them. Surprised how many tiny close together ones still exist around here.

@farnk They are a breed all their own now.  Money concerns should be more directed in their planning skills I think. LOL
