  • @AlexTheGuerrero it affects your abs by losing them if you dont keep on training them. while taking it do your abs workout as normal and abit more and you will be fine.

  • Did you increase the calories of your meals/daily food? Or did you just add a serving of Serious Mass to your daily, unchanged eating regimen.

  • @supercoons Hey mate, i took this for the extra cals and carbs then i did weight lifting 2parts a day 3 times a week such as chest biceps, back shoulders i did low reps maximum weight all free weight no machines for maximum muscle.
