you choose your specialty on third year!!!! wow taht's great 'cos in my country u have to go through 7 years of general medicine and then u choose...so that's cool! i'm going to med school next year so in about 8 o 9 i'll finish general medicine and i'll have to add 4 more year to get specialized in some area... great!! thank godness i love MEDICINE!!!!!!!!!!!!

umm i believe it says third year as a medical student not as a doctor

hmm maybe you need to learn how to read... as I was trying to say is the third year residency is very similar to just like that video.. no sleep, 24+ hour shifts, kissing ass, classes, tests, ect..... and I don't really consider residents doctors yet until they finish their residency because they are still consider students, only being paid to be a student/resident and do all the grunt work that attendings push upon them in order for them to master their skills to become doctors.
