Actually, it was censored out on ABC's "Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show" in the 1990s. Cartoon Network did have it uncut until 2003 (after which, I hated the channel and didn't really feel bad when they stopped airing Looney Tunes).

What made it hilarious was that right before that, Penelope figured "If you can't beat 'em, join em" and went to a place right next door and came out smelling like a skunk.
