This is CRAZY! Honestly, I'd love for my Incredible to be able to do all of this, and have DL'd the unrevoked reflash.dmg, but I'm scared sh*tless to go through with it because I have no clue what I'm doing. I'd give anything for better battery life and tethering. GREAT video though!!!

Im running a Cm6 Nightly and are their any precautions i should take while Installing a Hydra Kernel, or how do i know if it is compatible with CM6.

Xda Developers page has a special set of kernals for the CM6. Look in the forums for it. I would not install the kernal till you find someone who has tested it. Always nandroid backup your phone.

Hey, nice video. I returned by Incredible for the Droid X. I had the Qualcom Neocore app too on my non-rooted Incredible. I scored a 26 or 27 fps (if I remember right) at the end of the benchmark test. You should show what you got to see if rooting is beneficial in that aspect.

The battery mod is installed with Hydra kernel. I lowers the temps, voltage and extends the usage.
