Actually no he is not boring at all. maybe boring to boring people with no real spirit? He is trying to help us change our thinking. Beecause that is where our suffering is coming from. i worked at a yoga retreat center for 4 years. Let me tell you. Mark Whitwell is one of the only "real" hatha yoga teachers out there. The rest of the lot are just selling a complicated system of complicated gymnastics.
a lot of intelectulizing of some basic and applicable yoga techniques. Its not realy helpful or inspiring to ramble so much.
The best teachers are those who can inspire u right away, and make u want to jump from your feet and start practicing right away... or make u want to enter deep meditation on the spot.
