this is actually very simple, you can do it in adobe after effects with no sweat, its called "puppet warp" if you film someone, you can move there arms and legs, its really fun to do

It's actually three different dancers, they did a wireframe layover on their figures when they danced the sections. It's actually pretty cool.

And I'm with the group of people saying Gene Kelly would've loved this. Gene Kelly's not a hater =)

This is amazing, what they did was superimpose Gene Kelly's face on a guy called Dave Elsewhere, I recommend you look him up, his most famous video is of him doing the Kolla or whatever it's called 2001. It's amazing.
