That's an ancient version of the taser. All you need is a crossbow or some kind of gun to shoot 2 darts connected to wires which are connected to the 2 charge balls.

I've designed what applies the best of both worlds in regards to the Wimshurst and the Vandi Graff static generator. The new design takes generating static electricity to a whole new level.

Typically static generators have high voltage at extremely low current/amps. My design is a game changer as it offers both, and is easy to build.

At some point I will open a channel for this new design and make a video showing you how to build it.
