  • This is a great machine!

    If you just need a warmup then do 10 min of this and it really gets your blood pumping.

    If you need a good workout, 20min or 30 min is enough:)

    I think I burn around 320 calories in a 20 min workout. That's almost 120 more calories I get from other machines (bicycles, treadmill etc)

  • ok, so I went to the gym.. BOOM three shining new treadclimbers.. I step on one.. OMG! Im there.. check out my youtube im going to lose 20 pounds in 45 days.. and Im going to do it on this thing.. this is the best thing since the elliptical... IM HOOKED

  • i've got a bad knee and can get a decent half hour workout without any bad side effects. Have to wait and see if the machines have any problems as the gym is only new

  • This thing might be ok if it didn't break all the time.

    Seriously my Gym had 5 of them and they all have had one problem or another.

  • Thats funny every health club that I have ever been to that has Tredclimbers wants twice as many as they already have. People fight over them. As for the claim that somebody fell between the treds, impossible, there are guards that prevent that from happening. I don't know where you received your info but it was a pretty bad source. These things blow the precor out of the water.
