ok her the prob with your cam, you put it to the auto mode, so when it saw a subject far the lense adjust and when it saw a subject close the lense adjust to, but in the auto mode there is a serveral seconde to reacting, the auto mode is evil

just know your cam and make at least 2 scenes.
