Wow just let it go. This was "my" scene and yes some of the guys from back then where total dickheads. Rob was always cool to me, but Duncan was always a prick. Didn't really bother me whatever. I am grown-up now I have dropped the Xs but I still live the same way. Life goes on get over it.
I grew up in the same scene I just wasnt a mindless sheep and marked my hands with black X's or get a courge crew tat Im still skating and going to shows my point is where are all those straight edge kids now? I never see them at any of the Louisville shows the same kids that made fun of me for jaming bands like chakeline ink and dagger elliot texas is the reason they use to call me a 'fag emo kid' now my girl is fine and all of those kids if they are left are jamin the music they called 'emo'
I am 32 now and I was a straight edge kid back in the early 90's. I know several people with straight edge tattoos that are drunks now. I myself do not have any. I just went on with my life family, kids, house in the suburbs. I still break out my cds often and remember the fun I had 15 years ago. Now I put effort in to a different cause my family. That is what happens. I still dont drink or smoke or anything, but I am beyond calling myself something to belong.
