The word "secret" in the title raised my expectations too much. As a practitioner, I was hoping to catch a glimpse of a higher form. But don't confuse what I'm saying-- there's nothing wrong with demonstrating a basic form at a master level... this video just wasn't what I expected. I should have known better than to get my hopes up though-- masters usually don't demonstrate higher level movement in mixed company... if only b/c the audience wouldn't understand.

thank you for posting, Sifu... much respect. Does this form have any relation to the Guang Ping village form taught by Yang Ban Hao and preserved by Sifu Kuo Lien Ying? My Grandmaster often calls it "Original Yang Family Tai Chi", I was just wondering?

You dont know tai chi, In fact if you did you wouldnt be spending all your time making stupid, uneducated, disparagin comments. You would spend time critiquing your own teacher and your own technique. Mr So Called Tai Chi Intellectual. You are very limited in your education of the history and styles of Tai Chi. Do you even know who Yang Shao Huo was or Yang Cheng Fu?

The correct name for this style is Michuan, Secret Yang, or Hidden Style. The movements are different because it is a Hidden Form of Yang Style.
