  • How about an update on your best at these? And regular chinups. Arms look good!

  • @strong1235 i can't do a single pull up right now. tomorrow will be 4 weeks since i had my gym accident where i had 295 lbs fall on my chest and break a crap load of bones. I am still hurting. Can't lift any weights or even hang from a pull up bar. Long healing process. Ill be back as soon as my body lets me.

  • @largetree Ouch! But muscles never forget and are more easily rebuilt the second time than the first. Take care not to let your enthusiasm push you to reinjure yourself. And GET SOME SPOTTERS!

    Maybe good time to work on getting killer calves and thighs?

  • @strong1235 I had a spotter when the 295 fell on me. it happened so fast, there was nothing he could do to catch it. I played it safe for once and it didn't help lol.
