This song is beautiful and awful at the same time. I have tried to help sooo many people that lived this version of "the American Dream." I am glad that someone is strong enough to admit and try to get people to face this part of our society.

Dude, this shit is more common than nearly anyone wants to admit.
I grew up in a law enforcement family, and my best friend's Mom was a social worker. I've seen this kind of situation (and worse, if you can relate) more times than I can remember.
I wish this subject wasn't so "taboo". Sunshine is the best disinfectant.
