It's funny how all the rides have to copy the Ranger, Sky Master & Kamikaze. Not matter what you call it, it's really the same thing. Using the same technique. Back and forth. Up and down.
A lot of people get this machine mixed up with the likes of the ARM "skymaster" or the Fabbri "kamikaze" machines. This one built by Carousel in hollan d is a much smoother, better looking machine because it wasnt built for a mass market. two were made, both stayed in england for a long time then they explored the world.
i work on a travelling funfair the voyager in 1987 was on its way back from frankfurt to england on the herald of free enterprise the boat that capsied and the voyager had to be scrapped
the dutch company Carousel BV made only two of these to an order, one was for here in the UK (the one in the video) and the other for the US, as far as i know the one destined for the US ended up in a butlins resort in england somewhere, it must have been exported, do you have any pictures of it??
This ride destroys all others.

all stemmed from early daredevils wanting to loop-the-loop lol

@mizzpink98z24cavi .....yeah same concept but the "Webbs Voyager" is the daddy of the all :)

Well the kamikaze was penned by Fabbri, This was made by CAH in '85 and both machines are models of the original eyerly loop-o-plane

Oh that's sad spooky343. I went on this one when it was in Guernsey (Channel Islands) around 1986/7 and it was amazing.
