My day was horrible today. My friends were having a lot of problems with each other, and I didn't know what to do. Then I remembered this video, and I told everyone that we needed to just be apart, and cool down before things happened that shouldn't. After about 20 minutes we all came back together and we were okay again. We talked it out and realized how stupid we were acting. I just want to say thank you. The road heals! Completely agree. Also the longer you're in a relationship the easier it is to work through difficulties without having a big production. First year—lots of crying on the couch. After that it gets a lot better!

Yes Greg, this advice applies to me too. I used to break up with my exs every time when there were problems that seem to threaten my sense of security (I'm sure you know what it means... dignity, like not being at the upper hand of the relationship). Somehow my bf now teaches me to never give up on being Understanding, Consistent and Forgiving. I tried a lot of drama on him but he kept on reaffirming me that we will work it out. Believe in the power of Togetherness and love + try to be rational!

I definitely agree. When I get mad, that is usually my best course of action. This is because, when I get mad, I personally just like to be left alone. I don't want to talk, I don't want to be bothered, I just want to have some time to cool down. It can help to keep you from doing or saying something you may regret... or otherwise just make yourself look like a jerk even if you may have been in the right otherwise.
