Hey Philips this is where i live and its no supprise to any one here ? Our city is full of drug users and criminals . one time i went to Detroit and was in shock on how bad the crime was but now i look around and theres no difference to me? If you go any where near down town or as we call it over the rhine you are takeing a big chance on your life ? You could be robbed and shot over 10 dollars and usualy even if you give up the money you still get shot. This place is the arm pit of USA.

Could have been that the father set this up becasue he that did NOT want to pay child support. It happens more than you think.
