The cyst should be removed with its capsule en bloc in order to avoid relapse.

I have a huge cyst on my head right at my hairline. I have several on my head and that's the only one that I hate because my hair does not cover it well and it shows sometimes. Went to the Dermatologist and he said he won't do it. Said it's too big and he would have to shave a huge part of hair 6X6 and that would be more traumatic. He said many time it comes back if you don't get the whole capsule. So now I live with it.
