  • THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Now, turn the whole group of 180 degrees and check that your wheel will still spin in the same direction. How can I fix this?!

  • @str3123 I'm sorry but I don't realy understand what you mean.

but if you want to turn the wheel for example to steer a car just put the wheel in a group and animate the group to turn the wheel hope that helps.

  • Yeah, I see now. I skipped a lot of versions of Maya and I'm not completely caught up. Thought the arrow you used was something new. Thanks.

  • @CollinJS1978 No problem

  • Didn't quite see how you made the arrow that guides the wheels. Can't find the right tool.

  • @CollinJS1978 You can use the CV or EP curve tool you can find it in the "create" tab its the 7th or 8th down.

you can use anything do it can be a cube or a curve or what ever you want.

and if you want to make a nice and edgy arrow click on the little box next to the cv curve tool and select "1 linear".

  • This was exactly what I needed for animation of my Dodge Viper, thank you so much =)

  • @Shroubek No problem :)
