I have an 2005 man, supercharged, exhaust trd and weapon R intake.. pretty sweet ride with all Hotchkis suspension too.. superchargers need any care?

Just make sure heat radiation is not significant under the hood, if too much heat is produced your, SC and SC shaft will be toast. The shaft will go before the SC unit.

the only difference between camry and tc...camry engine manufactured in america, and tc in japan...sorry for the confusion. Nice car btw. What numbers did you pull on the dyno? What brand pulley is that? Is it zpi?

Americans use tools in the US and japanese use chopsticks in Japan. Is the same engine, they are both built in Japan. The Camry is built in the US as long with the Corolla, but the engines are shipped to the US.

Last time I went to the dyno it was 240+ whp at redline, look for my videos.

nah the 2AZ camry engine is built and tuned different here in the states at TMMK (toyota motor manufacturing in kentucky) and the 2AZ in the tC built/tuned different in Japan..

which explains why (though its not a big difference) the tC motor has 161hp and 163tq and the camry motor 158hp and 161tq. they use some similiar parts but overall tuning is different... which is why some tC guys overreact when a honda guy says "oh its just a camry engine"

Sorry my buddy was f***in around startin shit with people the other day...although in response to the camry...when s/c the tc you need ecu re-flash. Now the camry and corolla weren't designed to be tuner cars. They were design for the family, and the poorman's luxury, so with that said they would have to re-develope 2 full ecu's for the corolla and the camry..

camry isdifferent engine, read up on it...they are same size, but different engine. read up on the engine for camry and scion look at the engine code

civic si is 197 hp it do 14s quarter mile stock cost 20k. If you did get the base model tc your still in the same money as the si. But again if the Si guy start mooding the i-vtec will win in everyway except torque.
