  • I absolutelly love these old scenes now this was railroading "old school"

  • Grandfather started as a water boy in 1912 and worked his way up to engineer... started in the steam era and retired in the diesel era.

  • @harmonikamann nothing wrong with that nothing against these modern railroaders but those guys like your grandfather did it the old fashon way I would have loved to have seen railroading like that in that era before everything became computerized and modern I collect railroad memrabelia from those old days like your grandfater knew and worked judgeing by your closeing remark it was a German railroad I assume I only have one or two items from the German railroads a DR uniform and a semaphore
