Since Bluegrass essentially is Gaelic music anyway this sounds just like kitchen pickers in the North Carolina blueridge every saturday night. Tell the boys to learn Bury me beneath the weeping willow tree to go with this. I think there are a few of that song on youtube.
Looks like that singer's hair was inspired by a certain singer from the South. Very nice rendition. Irsish folk and Bluegrass are not too far apart---similar roots.
Oh,this is just great! You can't even hear an accent!I I wonder if these guys have ever been to Kentucky or the U.S.A. before. What a fantastic job! Thanks!
Joe Fury (vox) Stephen Murphy (accordion) Steven Coyne (4 string banjo)Enda Spellman bodhran,, Danaghers in Cong CO,Mayo IRELAND "just slightly to the east of USA"
like it very much spontaneous great voice and the accordion sound very well stepped/ ¿what other instruments are playing? mandolin or banjo..good job folks
It certainly was very spontaneous at about 3am after a feed of Guinness's other instruments consist of, four string banjo, bodran (irish traditional drum)button accordion and as you can see guitar

Where can we buy Stephen Murphy's CD over internet or by post?
Does Joe Fury and colleagues have a CD, if so ditto? Any more footage to upload please, really enjoyed this one.
