  • Ya baby, 1st Battalion 143rd Airborne Infantry Regiment HOOAH

  • The URL in the video does not work. I double and triple checked myself for errors and there were none.

  • Stealth,

Give me a call at 512.897.8082 and we can explore opportunities that you can have here in Texas with some of our best units. Make your fortune. RLTW!!

  • I'm coming to join the Texas NG in MAY from New Jersey. I hope I can train enough to be considered for SF one day. We'll see.

  • Delta,

You are correct. However, we offer many opportunities that are Special Operations in nature. We do have a Special Forces Unit within these organizations.

We are not a formal Special Operations component. Many of our members in the Airborne and Cav are prior Special Operations and as mentioned above, we do have a Special Forces unit.

Thanks for your comments. If you know anyone interested in opportunities in our units, please have them contact me.

  • airborne are considered sof? I thought it was only 75th ranger, soar, SEALs, swcc, marsoc, recon and delta.

That's a lot of sof units. Canada only has csor and jtf2.

  • @deltaecho1 Recon is special operations capable as far as I know. MARSOC is the special operations wing of the Corps and relatively new one at that.

  • I did not know there was a TX Army SOF unit. Texas is to be blessed with such a unit. That's cool.
