I think the officer was very polite in asking you to stop filming.

This is not the same as i looked at the last time there were a few more views than 40 ? This has been changed i think ?

You sould let the police and people get on with there jobs.

Thank you for your comment. The video has been re-edited at the behest of Cllr. Lisa Northover to obscure her children's faces from the video.

The reporter was not there to harass public servants doing the jobs. The reporter only wished to know where certain monies from public funding had disappeared to.

I must stress also, that filming public servants in a public space is not illegal or unlawful.

When the officer said "We don't want you filming the children" and then proceeding to attempt to physically remove the camera can you tell me under what lawful basis he was acting?

These officers / constables are under an Oath of duty to behave in a professional and Lawful manner. No matter how "polite" the officer seems it absolutely HAS to adhere to his oath.

The Police are ACTING as if the public street is in fact private and imposing their authority as if it was so. This is fraudulent.

his whole authority was fraudulent here but at leasyt Police forces everywhere are feeling the heat over this, since filming official guidance is not much clearer but at least the evidence is here of how bad the police can be now!

filming public servants who dont answer legit questions from members of the public is the real issue here and they want us to vote for them again and again??
