  • 20 people have no chance of achieving fame

  • Daw, he's adorable and hot and >///<

  • this is the best david bowie song ever! makes me wanna dancce!

  • I don't get it. How is this 'the original promo video' when this is the remix version from 1990. The original song was from the mid 70's.

  • @dbeatlefreak sounds like a wanna be

  • Hi ! Bowie's just awesome ; probably the best (it engages just myself !!!). Cool video ! BYE !

  • ahh david bowie! my love for you has grown stronger!<33

  • I remember seeing David Bowie singing this song on the stage of Soul Train! He was the first white person to perform on Soul Train. Check it out; everybody was jammin'!

  • although it's always nice to watch louise lecavalier perform, I much prefer the 70's version of this song

  • 20 people have no fame.

  • I was in the car earlier today and head just a piece of this song so had to come look it up to hear it all the way through..kids of a bummer I only hear it on two dinky laptop speakers, but oh well...at least nobody s trying to sell me some crap this time.

  • Still great!

  • @Mr1SXM Don't think it is way before. At about the same time.

  • The guitar licks on this are amazing

  • Thanks for the post eternalbum, such a fun blast from parties past !

  • Reminds me of drinking faaaaaar too much at mine last friday night.

  • I love the funk "swag" of this song.

  • @bekki650 i was about to type nearly the same thing. well said.

  • @pinkfloyd32389 Thanks! ;-)

  • What a great song remixed or not. Truly a classic Bowie track.

  • Lordy, David was so prophetic -- imagine a world without TMZ!

  • Thanks, great

  • One cool motherfucker...still is.

  • is john lennon that say "fameeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

  • Nice dancing Bowie!

  • he has the bestt face!!!

  • He is the thin white Duke

  • Sexy man!

  • Pinky Nugga

  • Those 20 Dislikes Can Shove It!!!

  • @PortofDan They don't like FAAAAAMME!!! lol

  • @PortofDan There pissed of because they wanted 'FAME'

  • I love this song and ever since I was little I always wnated to dance like that woman, but I don't think I'll be trying that anytime soon lmao

  • @Antworrioress07 That "woman" looks like a Shemale to me. Wouldn't put it passed Bowie, lol

  • @DayTripper12880 LOL she does, been on the weights too long I think.

  • boogie for you, sugie for me

  • I think its the 90's Version

  • kinda looks like shephard smith.

  • See him doing the moves Madonna stole at the beginning of the video?

  • Awesome tune...

"Fame, bully for you, chilly for me..."

    :D

  • It's so great song,so good...

  • Oh and R.I.P the great John Lennon who help write this song :'(

  • @urmomszkweel LOLZ yeah!! I just figured tat out lke an hour ago xD

  • "What's your name?" is a sexy ass part well in my opinion :D

  • Nice!

  • lol the new rick rolled ... you just got "bowie bashed bitch!"

  • lol

  • 20 justin bieber fans missed the like button

  • i rock this song on drums on band hero ;D

  • Bowie'd.

  • pretty raw

  • this song puts me in the best mood i can be in. and the only reason i can think of why is cuz it is such a great song.

  • IF YOU LIKE THIS SONG LISTEN TO LADY GAGA SEXY UGLY IT HAS THE SAME BEAT. AND NO LADY GAGA'S NOT A COPYCAT

  • @isim3000 Oh she is

  • I love the original song but the 90's version, along with the rest of the 90's, really sucked. That decade gave us The Matrix and my little sister and that's all the good that's come from it.

  • incredible David Bowie.....no one like him ever

  • This is so good on Guitar Hero.

  • How did 18 people have bad aim and hit the "Like" button?

  • Dear david: This was the hottest stuff of 1975...summer... remember??

  • I like the 'fame' part

  • this rythm is KILLING mannnn

  • brings back memories. Saw this 20 years ago in Toronto...Since then Vancouver, Carribean, Mexico. I love BOWIE!!!

  • next friday lol

  • Love this song. I remember hearing something that John Lennon did background vocals to this song, any truth to that?

  • @TheHydraWomanRules Yea that's true and he also help write this song to. Amazing isn't it? :)

  • @urmomszkweel Thanks, good to know.

  • @urmomszkweel no prob

  • John Lennon also sings back-up on this song!

  • @lekana80 I don't think he does. There was a noise on Lennon's guitar recording that Bowie thought sounded like someone saying 'Fame,' but the song is said to have been written and recorded using Lennon's riff after Lennon left the studio, I think.

  • John lennon co-wrote this song just a fun fact

  • I know you All get that the Tune is a diatribe on Fame. Ironic. Sarcastic. (plays loud, nice) what youll need youll hafta borrow, crime, what'sher name?, take a raincheck on PAIN. Musically, it blows my mind n body. what was ur name??

  • What you need you have to borrow!

  • Fame!

    :D

  • SAFIYA THIS IS FOR YOU.

  • Funky

  • This song just screams funk

  • for the frist times i heard this i thought it was an old 70s black mans groove funk song haha

  • I love bowie, but I wish some of his stuff was just a little slower. Also, this is a dirty dirty beat.

  • luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuv it fammmmmmmmmmmme

  • whats wrong with being gay

  • this should be the new rick rolled

  • @gabehey its better than that

  • @gabehey no it's too good for that. rick rolling works because that's a crappy song

  • @gabehey hey youve been famed

  • @gabehey lol "U JUST GOT BOWIED!"

  • @gabehey nah cause people actually like this song lol

  • @TyTimes

Lets face it this song is good because of (the great man) Lennon

  • @davidiscoolFTW Lennon was genius but Bowie was almost equally as good.

  • @zebbedi i feel like Lennon was a more talented performer but Bowie was an equal in writing.

  • @politicalninja2044 I feel that Bowie was a better performer and Lennon was a better writer.

  • @gabehey I'd actually listen.

  • @gabehey Fuck yes.

  • @gabehey I would enjoy getting Dave-Roll'd

  • @gabehey Rats! Bowie-rolled again.

  • @gabehey no its too good. people would sit and be amused by it and i dont know that they'd mind being Rick Rolled.

  • video is not nearly as swanky as it should be

  • @eternalbum

Louise Lecavalier of the Quebecois dance troupe

    La La La Human Steps

  • this is a good song for a gay guy

  • @celtics5620 - Know what your talkinig about before you make an idiotic comment. He's NOT gay. He's married to former top fashion model, Iman. (And if he was gay, what's that got to do for it being a great song?) Wow, bigots run wild at a young age.

  • @Torihope actually he did used to say he was

  • If these 14 guys do not like the video you do not score

  • REACT

Pen is position opinion (MARRIAGE RANK)

  • sounds like lady gaga's fancy pants! :)

  • @kikiaskiko17 bowie's alot older than lady gaga.. lol

  • @thcsparky yeah by about 40 years lol

  • @kikiaskiko17 Thats really an insult to David Bowie.

  • @auwinos sorry, I meant: Lady Gaga's Fancy Pants sounds like this song... And it's true! it's the same beat.

  • @kikiaskiko17 Lady Gaga is heavily inspired by this era and Bowie in particular. She states this in quite a few of her interviews. A lot of her visual aesthetics are inspired by him including the lightening bolt on her face during her earlier work. It's also no coincidence her last album was called "The Fame" :)

  • @nekura86 boo at lady gaga

  • i love this song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • bowie um cantor completo.

  • didn't know white folks could do funk like that.

  • @crysjumar take a listen to some early Red Hot Chili Peppers music, some good funk in that.

  • @mike63v8 Oh, I know. It's just when I was young and "Fame" came out, I would have sworn it was black group. Bowie turned this out. Of course other bands have "funked it up" as well...Average White Band, Peter Brown to name just a couple.

  • u get that bowie androgenous funk... with that definitive lennon melody... this song is somehow cheerful and depressing at the same time, which is so typical of both of them

  • after having this stuck in my head for days and eventually dreaming it, i have rewritten the lyrics, "PAIN! stuck in your head, makes you suffer! Pain!" lol

    love this song

  • This is actually the 1990 remix entitled "Fame 90". Another version of this included rapper Queen Latifah.

  • I wonder if this is THE definitive bowie track as it has everything. Great to find this!

  • what's that one music vid, where he hugs himself?

  • @tizztastic Could be The Heart's Filthy Lesson

  • FOTC

  • I love it when he dances. I love how he's played with John Lennon and Freddie Mercury, David is just awesome. :)

  • Love this song! Especially since John Lennon sings backup vocals. Classic!

  • love this fucking song

  • WTF is this? He took the rock n' roll from the song. It's Robert Palmer style. No, I don't like this version at all. Was he trying to make himself relevant at the time?
