Keep in mind that the transformer prime has some (software/hardware issues) which aren't fixed. I for instance am experiencing horizontal black stripes all over my screen. Often. Also the prime isn't as seamless as you would think; when using the webbrowser for example you'll notice a lagg when typing.

@avinashp60 they previewed the 700t three weeks later it wont go on sale until april or may.....so in ASUS speak in time for XMAS 2012. Granted the 700t is not an upgrade it is a solution to the design flaws that plague the tf201
