dont worry, we will evolve to a much intelligent matter, several billion years after, we might have known how to control the universe! just may be. We have no idea what Human Evolution will be in several billion years. Even if the earth is destroyed, we can still move to other planet, by using the high intelligent that we involved on earth in several billion years.

Sad.:( what so ever we do, we need Earth. even if we have to leave it, we will need to find another earth like planet very soon. the chances may be big, but the distances are so huge. even if we left our earth and escape our solar system disaster, still the suppermasiv black hole in the middle of our milky way is sucking in everything surrounding it, then we have to find another galaxy!. traveling from galaxy to galaxy? almost impossible. we are going to die without a trace anyway.

WAIT A MINUTE! There is a major inaccuracy in this presentation. Humans will find a way to keep supplying the Sun with hydrogen, or we will construct something to save the Earth from being devoured, keeping mankind safe, like an artificial star. Five billion years should be long enough to get this technology.

i agree i mean cmon we discovered electricity and kept upgrading it to this day and that took... we discovered electricity in like what 1752 and we have been upgrading it to this day. thats 258 years.. we have like 5 billion years more.. we just have to find a way to keep supplying the sun with hydrogen... heck we might be able to use the sun to generate enough electricity to last us a few thousand years

American Scientist in Atlanta (I believe) said: That by that time we will be as far as Saturns present location therefore it will not be engulfed. Yes indeed temperature may rise but it will not destroy earth.
