I wonder why you hope this isn't a tax payers funded project? On the other hand I hope it is but unfortunately it's not. I just think you come across as narrow-minded to be opposing towards such a visibly positive project. You'd rather have your taxex spent on throwing thugs together (prison) rather than preventing our (Australia's) young people from becoming thugs? I think more education and tolerance is what's really needed - not more prisons.
