All of these videos are great, but where can I find stuff on starting out and gaining the strength and muscles to do all of this? I am a female who is 5'6, 115 pounds, I train for marathons, but my upper body strength is awful. I can only do like 2 push ups and half of a pull up. Can you guide me in the right direction please?

Guys, for the camera, i think the problem was that we put 1080 footage onto a 720 sequence, thus a lot of the footage was left out... and also, we were working with tight space! people were running around everyyyyywhere lol Next time we'll get more wide

@skater9303 Wrong man, i live in uppsala just an hour away from stockholm (where it says you live on your page), and there are alot of awesome people there to train with, aswell as many spots. Just gotta be creative man ;)
