Just bcuz some parts of scripture are found in earlier manuscripts doesn't say anything of their veracity. Exactly, we have to apply the same standards to all historical info.
One thing I find suspicious about the bible books is that there are no originals! I'd expect at least a few...but none?? Even if there were, how would we know it was genuine, and how would we know any of it was true, cuz it says so?
Theists rely on much special pleading and a whole lotta wishful thinking (faith).
