I mean the way muslims use the word kuffr and they use it for all infidels, at least the ones I came across. The definition is very self revealing as muslims suspect non-muslims to actually "know the truth", ruling out the possiblity that THEY are wrong or that Islam indeed does not persuade others. Eating disorders are a relatively new phenomenon in the West, too&are due to wrong idealised pictures which were not the case up until the 60s.
