With the new employee pricing + cash back or 0% financing Ford announced today, we're getting a Mariner we've been eying at our local dealer tomorrow :)
This is a great car for the money, very stylish and sharp interior with the great three toned detailing and materials. The 2009 now has class leading drive trains and fuel economy (2.5L or 3.0L, both with first in class 6-Spd transmissions).
I checked out the 2008 Mariner and the Rav 4 and the Rav did have a little more pep and 1 or 2 extra things, but the Rav is not worth paying a $100 more a month for. I got the Mariner V6 premium $229 a month, The best Toyota could do was %321. So I went with the Mariner and I love it.
the 2008-2011 Mercury Mariner was assembled in

A lot of work to fold down rear seats? Please.
The Mercury Mariner is a great little SUV it's just as good as the Toyota RAV-4 and Honda CR-V.

If you buy new, they don't hold their value... If you buy used, you can find a great deal on a great vehicle...
