hold home&sleep until you see the apple logo, if that doesn't work,

power off, hold sleep for 5s without letting go, hold home&sleep for 10s, then let go of sleep and hold home until your comp recognizes it.

have it plugged into the comp the whole time

download Ziphone and click "Reboot to normal mode"

if not try "reboot to recovery mode" or "DFU mode"

let itunes recognize it and BAM! let it restore. P.S. ONE OF THE MODES MUST BE RECOGNIZED OR YOUR SCREWED

hold home & sleep buttons to turn off.

plug it in, and hold both buttons until the apple disappears - it'll go to recovery. i had it too so trust me.

this happened to me too. it was hard to restore for some reason. turn it off. HOLD the home button, while holding...plug it in the computer. keep holding and tou should get the recovery mode thing going.

yea, its easy to fix man. just put the iphone in recovery mode... then connect to itunes and restore the fw.
