I can't believe how much pain and hate and judgement people are expressing over this. This is a sweet little video of people dancing, singing, hugging and talking about theories and beliefs. This is no more radical than a Christian retreat where people sing and pray and do workshops and pep type rallys and goofy skits related to their beliefs. Why does it bother you so to see people happy and sharing and enjoying each other's company? You must be very unhappy people. I feel sad for you.
I want to go to one of these things :) its funny cuz there are orbs that follow me, or are just around me. My friends see them all the time in my house, and it used to piss my parents off because I'm so very open minded and believe in magic, my dad actually said I ruined some christmas pictures for my grandmother because the orbs were swirling around me in all the pictures I was in
People need to stop being so judgmental. Christians have their god, Taoists their "way"..and apparently these people their fairies and a connection between them and humans.
No, it's not fair. Why ridicule and mock others? Why? Why can't you just live with love and compassion? And before you say that many religious people are not loving, then at least try to be a better person instead of becoming like one of those people who "should be mocked'.
Live with love and light. Silveraura did nothing to attack you, so why do you have to be jerk in the response?
Because if people weren't mocked for their dumb beliefs they'd never learn to stop. I used to wear sweatpants to school. If people didn't mock me for it, I'd still wear sweatpants in public even now. Thankfully, people were there to help me learn not to wear sweatpants any more. We're trying to help these stupid people.
Dude your sweatpants issue is called peer pressure and social molding. The people in your school were all douchebags and you fell into their peer pressure and threw away your own personal desires. I see adults wearing sweatpants on casual dress days at their offices and everyone at my private school has a pair of sweatpants that most people wear on free dress days. If these people's beliefs aren't hurting anybody and are not negative, then why do you care, and why is it a problem?
Call it what you will - but those people did me a service by disabusing me of my sweat pants-wearing beliefs. It is sad that others, such as your colleagues, have continued on in ignorance and not been corrected. I feel for those people.
Really, I seem to think that true ignorance would be to dismiss these individuals as fools without first knowing and understanding why the have such beliefs.
Lastly, your sweatpants analogy is ridiculous. I think that only a person with unbelievably low self-confidence would worry about what other people think of him as long as he is a nice and honest person, whose actions do not harm anyone. Your peers were also sad for not being tolerant of change or abnormality, like how u feel about me.
Oh I know what will happen. I know that someone may be shunned, ostracized, or even rejected for not conforming. There are some cases where compromises must be formed. Like when your boss says you can't wear something to work that you wanted to wear. Otherwise, my philosophy is still 100% accurate. If anyone doesn't like me for what I do, as long as nobody is bothered by it, then they have something wrong with them for feeling the need to change someone (continued)
(continued from part 1) If those people continue to have the need to put you down, then they're really not worth trying to impress. It's been proven that the best way to form a friendship is to focus on your differences instead of your similarities first, before the differences become a problem, when they may be found out later. I used to be like you. I used to think like you. Then I realized that the REAL normal people are the ones who don't judge others, and being nice attracts everyone.
Oh and the reason why so many more "orbs" (read:dust and other particulate matter reflecting a camera flash) are appearing in photographs, is that digital cameras are particularly vulnerable to producing this effect. More and more people using digital cameras = more orbs.
Whoa...wait a second. I could understand if this was like a communal, performance art, burning man, generic hippie kind of thing. But these people actually believe in...actual fairies?
That's why I hate the internet. Before the internet, freaks had the decency to feel ashamed. Now that the internet has allowed them to connect with other freaks they've managed to convince themselves that they're somehow normal and acceptable.
It must be nice to have everything in this universe figured out. Let us know how that goes for you. Scientists now think that the entire universe is a hologram, meaning it doesn't even exist as we know it, but I'm sure that doesn't interfere with your superior knowledge of life, the universe, and everything. Enjoy your day!
DrChalkwithering was implying that 'herb farmer' is some sort of euphemism for a person who grows and uses marijuana. He was suggesting that people who believe in fairies must be taking some sort of mind altering drug.
I agree with you. These were the nicest, most non-judgemental people I've ever met.

When did people believing in fairies and other dimensions become a discussion of sweatpants?!

You're right. Every religion should be mocked and ridiculed equally. It's only fair.

When you grow up you will understand why your Disney philosophy doesn't work in the real world.

I had a lot of fun there and met many interesting people. Some of you like to sit at home and judge others. We all have things we like to do.
Thanks for the great time, Skeeter and others. We'll be back next year.

Wow. For a 28 year old man who flies kites, you sure know a lot about weed! I assume you're also an herb farmer, yes?
