It's much better if you will replace the last 1 black piece of the last eyebrow with 1 piece of red directly and then add 1 black piece to make the bird more "angrier" :D

@rachen811it should automatically curve up by itself after a few more rows. if not you just squeeze it into a cup shape, and then after some more rows you can mould it to be a bit rounder, just look up "3D origami round" for all the tips

@Veinsteiners i've got reflex, papago and favini. i dont look at the brand, any ream of printer paper here is the same. you just have to find paper with good grip that stays together

@topivilla13 glad it works for you:-) what do you mean by what else I can do? other 3D origami models? theres a whole bunch of tutorials on my channel. if you mean by other handicrafts, its just mainly 3D origami and amigurumi(crochet animals) that I make tutorials on. maybe a few other different crafts if I think its good enough/a pretty model .like the ribbon heart. just look through the vids on my channel

@juiceyy89 like you said, your paper is slippery. mine isnt, since paper can be different, even if its the same type. some printer paper is more slippery than others and vice versa. you just have to find paper that works

This is weird but when I made this, and I compared it to yours, the model seems to grow wider and bigger rather than taller. I don't know why, but if anybody could give me a tip, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

@RT2361 just squeeze it into a cup shape. so when it starts getting wider, you mould it with your hands to bend the pieces more inwards and it should go up:-)

this tutorial is awsum! but one question, my base usually has a triangle that is ripped, because i am shaping it as an egg, do you know any ways to prevent this? and thank you for this tutorial! :D

@AwsumAsianess thanks. yeah sometimes my pieces rip too, but not on this, but anything smaller than this like a base 9 or 10. maybe the paper is weak? I dunno, if its only like 1 or a few triangles ripped then you can take them off/replace them and use those for inverted neck pieces on animals (since you dont see the ripped point since its facing inwards) :-)

@jewellia7777 haha, thanks, for this one, it didnt rip because i was careful, but usually when i am halfway or three quarters through and shaping into egg, it just rips a little, so i cant really replace it, but thanks anyway :D

@AwsumAsianess ah yeah that sux when it rips in the middle and its hard to take it out. sometimes you can shape it into a cup early on, like after the first 3 rows. and then after you make more rows after it, you only curve those bits, and leave the bottom alone since you already curved it. but yeah thats pretty much the same as being careful with it/ curving slowly^_^
