Just because it never happened doesn't mean it's the right decision. A puppy shaking something on their own doesn't put a strain on their jaw. Now you can try and whine your way out of bad behavior and act like it's cute, but in the end you know it's not the right thing to do. Kids that got abused by their parents CAN turn out as great adults. Doesn't mean that beating them isn't wrong. It won't actualy hurt the dog, but in the end it CAN cause injuries to the jaw, the teeth and the neck.

I actually just got a pomchi for an early Christmas present! She looks more like a Pomeranian, she's the sweetest thing! My first dog, So I'm not sure what to expect yet! He looks so cute :-) you are doing nothing wrong!

We have a pom who is 7 now, he loves to play tug-of-war type games and shakes his toys so hard that he rips them out of my hand. I also have a 4 year old and a 16 month old, my pom would never dream of hurting either one of my children. Playing Tug-of-war games did not make him aggressive. I will add that these sort of games are not suitable for all dogs. Don't blanket condemn every action. Dogs are like children, each one is different and should be treated as such.

What a cute dog! We have a pomchi named Remus and this is exactly how he loves to play with toys. He loves to bring us his "Porky" for us to try to take away. He's the most gentle and sweet dog I've owned and he's perfectly healthy (and happy!).

WIOW... i have a pomchi.. hes name is Bolt and he is 1 year old... u SHOULD NEVER play that rough with any dog.. teaches them agressive behavior and it can cause problems if your going to shake a dog thats almost 3 months all around like that.. sorry but you basically ABUSED this poor dog.. He is cute but doesnt deserve that.. ALSO.. u say you owned 12 dogs ummm what happened to them all? probably the same thing you shoke them to death. :-/

@daria708 Walmart, actually, in the Pet section. It looks brown and white - like a real mouse but had a 'chirper' inside of it. Both our cats and Guido LOVE it! :) I actually have to hide it from them because it gets a bit annoying lol
