The Contessa is then the main villain of Ep 4 and 5 and is mentioned by Arpeggio in Ep 8 at the end of the game. A complex story and characters like that make Sly 2 an eternal masterpiece forever.

You then have to reach a certain goal in order to convince the character to join the gang. The bosses and events in each episode have no story connection like in Sly 2 in which every episode is a story continuation of the last. For instance Octavio only comes in episode 1 in Sly 3 and then never reappears or is even mentioned again in the game, whereas in Sly 2, the Contessa for instance is mentioned at the start of the game then makes a cameo appearance in Ep 2 and a full appearance in Ep 3.

Sly 3 is one of my favorite games of all time but there is one thing that makes Sly 2 better (in my opinion of course), the story. The idea of Sly recovering all the loot of his ancestors from his father's former friend is a brilliant one but the main story is only in Episode 1 and 6. All the other episodes include "sub-plots" in which Sly tries to recruit a new member for their gang and there you learn all about the current situation with that character.

i've beaten sly 2 and 3 more times than i count (prob, like 20-30 each) but i've never touched or played sly 1 - i'm glad BikdipOnABus is doing it now, it's awesome!

I really miss doing these reviews. I still have all of the content I did for episode 3, 4, 5 and the special. The pilot episode is lost, though (Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex).

err. the wii can't run ps2 games ps2 can't run wii games! as well the two of them can't even run multi console games like wii can't run ps2 version of okami . or ps2 can't run wii version of okami and thats is the same game. or maybe you just kidding around.

ps2 can only run ps1 games the wii in the other hand can run's NGC games ps3 like the 60 g can run 1 and 2 games 360 can run original xbox games and sony is not out of the console war the ps3 may not the best like the ps2 did back then but they still running on with the ps3 the wii is just only on the top of the console selling of these days i think. and still ps2 is the most selling console ever in the history i am not making these up go and google them up.
