  • @darkdzero sorry i don't, its quite difficult to gain muscle without some some of resistance on your muscle, but will consider doing some exercises in the future.

  • @kotetsiaoplo You will get a six pack if you follow the programme strictly and give it 100%..it all depends on you. A big ball will be better and depending on what level you start, you can continue another 30 days on a higher level..STAY STRONG

  • @ejfrancis007 6 mins is the minumum time, depending on your goal and fitness level, you can extend it to more minutes. Yes you will need a fitness ball for a few exercises especially the advanced ones, but most of the exercises do not require any special equipment

    i got a question tho, I'm 15 now, I excersise on a daily basis and do sports 2 - 3 times per week. My 6 pack shows meh, only when I tighten my core, so How do I melt off the fat thats laying over it and how much hours per day should I excersise to get myself all tuned up for summer?

I think your already exercising way more than the average kid, i think u should check your diet instead rather than the exercise. STAY STRONG

  • @sondragina thanks and well done for subscribing, shows you are keen on producing results. The 666 workout chllenge is mainly for ABS but also targets other muscles such as Pelvis, quads, hip flexors, chest, shoulders and arms. So it should be good for you. STAY STRONG

  • @bamboophuckdomma You really get out how much you put in . If your put in the hard work, you'll get the hard abs from the programme..STAY STRONG

  • @bamboophuckdomma You already have abs. Its under your belly fat. Develop some lean muscle tissue and you will burn fat quicker. To build overall body muscle tissue i would recommend three exercises. Squats, deadlift & bench. Lift heavy and practice good technique.

  • Hi man so If i workout in gym for 40 mins +- than i run and go home so like after an hour i workout my abs do you think its uneffective or abs are different ?

  • @SVALYabs It is not a very effective strategy, because its important to eat and replenish your body within 45mins to an hour after your workout, so its not a good idea to wait an hour after your workout, then do abs and then may be eat? you run the risk of over training...STAY STRONG
