This show wouldn't be so terrible to watch if it weren't because all characters are acting so ridiculously submissive in front of the people in power, especially those women and female children. They are pathetic!

If you act up, you're going to be punished severely or killed, and you can't do anything about it. Why don't you try standing in their place or at least use common sense? It's a ruthless totalitarian government, and they're taking the best way out: back down or be killed entirely. If you're backing down, at least you get the chance to see another day and maybe things will get better.

The people from Nabucca's village rose up and attempted to escape but then were shot down by soldiers and Nabucca himself. Besides, even if you continue to submit, there's always hope for a better tomorrow because you live. I think the most diffcult obstacles for civilians are 1) the enemies have powerful weapons 2) most of the civilians are not united for a common goal (most of them are wusses). The King is a ruthless idiot and is very predictable. There are no smart successors found if he were dead. He almost got assassinated which means it isn't impossible to have him killed in the future.

Females aren't sex dalls. It's very clear that the author have a big problem of sexism. You can see there only have a few number of females in the anime,

Maybe his products in the past are full of peace and love. But we can't forget one thing that everyone can hide their true heart.
