  • Strange that you were getting so much pepper/spice with the D4s. I've got a box of them and they've all been rather smooth/creamy. Could be a difference in age of the cigars.

  • Im born and raised in the island ... When u talk Cuban cigars every Cuban know there are only a few know for its flavor .. Partagas, Cohibas and Montecristo .. I personally rather the Partagas Series D n4

That's my favorite .. Whether u smoker it with a Hennessy, Remy, Johny Walker or Makers Mark .. Every single puff is a whole different experience depending on the liquor ..

But the perfect combo is Havana Club Rum With one of this cigars ... It brings old Cuban summer memories to a cold sno

  • solo a los gringos se les ocurre probar dos habanos al mismo tiempo, no sabe ni que onda y se creen grandes conocedores...

  • su habano esta carbonizado, no sabe encender habanos... pinche gringo cocho.

  • life is good!!

  • I feel like you would have no clue which cigar you're smoking, you never cleansed your pallet in between cigars, and it did appear that the tobacco was scorched.

  • Was für ein Prolet.. hätt noch noch gefehlt, daß er die Dinger abbeißt..

  • I share your opinion and I think this Partagas D series is one of the best cigars. Ezio d' Accardi

  • you are an idiot you cant make a review smoking 2 cigars at the same time, then you fucking burned the cigars , you are smoking too fast... shame on you.......

  • @joselo2uy Dude, that is James Suckling.

  • @Nokomisclub so wht ???

  • love the lighter.Hard to carry in your pocket though. lol.

  • great review! i love the Series D! They are a great cigar - I'll have to try a Hoyo some day.

  • How can you bring a Cuban into America?

I thought the embargo prohibited it.

  • hdm is very creamy, buttery, short breadish with a few years on them. great cigars!

  • Good vid. Nice to someone who knows what he's talking about. A bit unusual to see someone smoking 2 cigars at the same time but it did give a good comparison.

Unfortunately, with such cigars that are in high demand the quality control is not the best (the factory needs to put them out as fast as possible) and they are somewhat in-consist in construction, but amongst the two the Hoyo is my favorite.
